- Arrowsmith Travel’s operating standards fully comply with the Ministry of Transport
- All Arrowsmith Travel drivers are required to sign confidentiality agreements. If they contravene they will be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with the Staff handbook.
- All drivers are to comply with UK highway speed limits
- Whilst carrying passengers, the driver will not answer the mobile phone unless the vehicle is securely parked off the highway
- Drivers will not eat, drink or smoke inside the vehicle
- Dress code: all Arrowsmith Travel drivers are to wear appropriate business attire
- Airport/ train stations: drivers are issued with a board, which displays the passenger’s name and corporate logo for ease of identification
- Journeys to and from the airport: Arrowsmith Travel will check the progress of flights to ensure cars are there at the times required

Administration
- All journeys must be booked by telephone, fax or email
- Arrowsmith Travel will provide an itemised breakdown of journeys on each monthly invoice – wherever possible in a format that is first agreed with by the client
- All debit and credit cards accepted (except Diners Card) a fee will apply for using card
- Invoice disputes – if a client has an issue with the monthly invoice, Arrowsmith Travel will endeavour to resolve the dispute and raise a credit note or additional invoice within the next calendar month
Policy – Drivers will wait at a designated pick up point for 10 minutes – in the event of no show at agreed time, we will attempt to contact the lead passenger by phone, leaving message if necessary or text to advise we are waiting. After 10 minutes if there has been no or unacceptable communication the driver will be entitled to leave – in these circumstances there are no refunds. This policy is necessary to ensure the driver is able to complete the remainder of their scheduled journeys on time and so not inconvenience other passengers
